南一水库水情自动测报系统更新改造着重利用无线公网实现与原超短波通信网的双工协同,以保证水情数据传输的时效性和可靠性。两年多运行实践表明,更新改造后,南一水库水情信息采集、接收与分析更全面准确和及时有效,提高了水库洪水预报的正确性及发电水资源调度的精准度,取得较好的社会效益和经济效益。该文对此更新改造方案进行总结,供参考。
