[目的]建立环嗪酮水分散粒剂中氨基甲酸乙酯的高效液相色谱-质谱联用分析方法。[方法]采用液质联用法,使用ZORBAX SB-C8分析柱,以乙腈和冰乙酸水溶液为流动相,流速为1.0 m L/min,采用选择离子监测法(SIM)检测目标物,外标法定量。[结果]该方法对氨基甲酸乙酯的检出限是6.29×10-2 mg/kg,线性范围是0.50~49.72 mg/L,相关系数为0.9990,相对标准偏差为6.5%,平均回收率为98.9%。[结论]该方法灵敏可靠、特异性强,适合于测定环嗪酮水分散粒剂中氨基甲酸乙酯的含量。
[Objective] To establish a high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry method for the determination of ethyl carbamazepin in water. [Method] The target substance was detected by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) using ZORBAX SB-C8 column with acetonitrile and glacial acetic acid as mobile phase and the flow rate was 1.0 m L / min. Quantitative. [Result] The detection limit of this method for ethyl carbamate was 6.29 × 10-2 mg / kg, the linear range was 0.50 ~ 49.72 mg / L, the correlation coefficient was 0.9990 and the relative standard deviation was 6.5%. The average recovery was 98.9%. [Conclusion] The method is sensitive, specific and suitable for the determination of urethane in the hydrazinone dispersible granules.
