互联网+概念的渗透与应用,给传统的工程项目管理带来了新的理念和巨大变革。为了提高工程项目管理水平,增强工程企业的市场竞争力,构建引入互联网+思维的工程项目管理框架新时代工程项目管理的新课题。文章从PDCA管理模式入手,提出了当前互联网+时代的新型工程项目管理技术。
The infiltration and application of Internet + concept brought new ideas and great changes to traditional project management. In order to improve the management level of engineering projects and enhance the market competitiveness of engineering enterprises, a new task for project management of engineering projects in the new era by introducing the framework of Internet + thinking is constructed. The article starts with the PDCA management mode and proposes a new type of project management technology in the current Internet + era.
