目的研究窄带成像技术结合染色内镜在早期食管癌诊断中的应用价值。方法 90例患者随机分为3组,每组30例。A组:染色内镜组;B组:窄带成像技术结合染色内镜组;C组:普通内镜组。分别对不同方法下发现的食管异常黏膜病变区域进行活组织病理学检查。结果 A组早期食管癌的诊断率为13.3%,B组早期食管癌的诊断率为26.7%,C组早期食管癌的诊断率为3.3%。结论窄带成像技术结合染色内镜能明显提高早期食管癌的检出率。
Objective To study the value of narrow-band imaging combined with staining endoscopy in the diagnosis of early esophageal cancer. Methods 90 patients were randomly divided into 3 groups, 30 cases in each group. Group A: staining endoscopy group; Group B: narrowband imaging combined with staining endoscopy group; Group C: ordinary endoscopy group. Respectively, different methods were found in esophageal mucosal lesions in the area of biopsy. Results The diagnostic rate of early esophageal cancer in group A was 13.3%. The diagnostic rate of early esophageal cancer in group B was 26.7%. The diagnostic rate of early esophageal cancer in group C was 3.3%. Conclusion Narrowband imaging combined with staining endoscopy can significantly improve the detection rate of early esophageal cancer.
