今年五月,农林部派来统筹法和优选法宣讲小分队到我省推广两法,省林业局对此很重视,及时在林业系统内举办了两期学习班。参加学习班的有四十八个单位,二百多人,其中有领导干部,技术人员、工人。时间半个月。学习中大家认识到学习运用“两法”是为了更好地贯彻落实毛主席三项指示,因此思想上都很重视,做到会内会外、学习与实践、群众与领导相结合。“两法”一经推广,很快就取得成效。云南林机厂、开远林机厂、昆明虫胶厂、昆明木材厂、江边局车队、江边局二林场、江边局栲胶厂等单位在应用两法上做出了一些成绩。这些单位取得成效的特点是提高工效、节约原材料、改进工艺、节约时间、改善了劳动条件。在较短的时间内取得这些成绩,主要是靠党的领导,靠发动群众,从上到下思想明确,认识到“两法”是毛主席光辉哲学思想在生产斗争和科学实验中的具体运用,是贯彻执行“豉足干劲,力争上游,多快好省地建设社会主义”总路线的好方法,是实行民主管理的好方法,是在三大革命斗争中向生产的深度和广度进军的有力武器。事实证明,只要这个单位的领导重视,大家动手,两法的应用就会在生产上结出丰硕的果实。我刊本期选登几个单位的部分材料,以后将陆续报道“两法”在林业上的应用成效,让“两法”之花开遍我省林区。

The effectiveness of these units is characterized by improved work efficiency, saving of raw materials, improvement of technology, saving of time and improvement of working conditions. Achieving these achievements in a relatively short period of time mainly depends on the leadership of the party and the mobilization of the masses. From top to bottom, they have a clear idea and realize that the “two laws” are the two systems in Chairman Mao’s glorious philosophy in the struggle for production and in scientific experiments The concrete application is a good way to implement the general line of “building a socialist market with high energy, striving for a higher level, faster, better and more economical.” It is a good way to implement democratic management.
