每天接待2-3个考察团,每周300多万美元进账,每月2个大高新项目进区。即墨经济开发区正迎来新的外商投资高峰期。目前,新加坡捷成、韩国永元服装、东永电子、日木村田等一大批内外资知名企业慕名而来,“换位思考、亲情招商”的魅力使得开发区客商云集、门庭若市。仅2003年,合同利用外资达到18399万美元,实际利用外资8582万美元,实际利用横联资金40800万元,出口创汇13200万美元,实现财政收入5368万元,位居全市第二,并在山东省2001-2002年度(每二年一评)61个省级开发区综合考核名列第一。是何缘由使她这个名不见经传的开发区成为“赢家”?

Why is it that her little-known development zone has become a “winner”?
