记者:在2007年度银行间外汇市场优秀交易员的评选中,您被评为优秀交易员。您觉得成为一名优秀的交易员需要具备哪些素质?王子鸣:这个问题并没有一个统一的答案,因为每个交易员都有自身的风格,只要能够在市场中生存,就是好的交易员。但我想所有合格或者优秀的交易员,最重要的素质应该是纪律性。这是指执行银行风险管理的纪律性,以及执行交易策略的纪律性。结合目前国内市场的特点,由于国内市场流动性有限,交易员之间的联系非常重要,因此外向活泼的交易员可能比内向文静的交易员更有优势。
Reporter: You were named an Outstanding Trader for the 2007 Outstanding Traders in Interbank FX Market. Wang Ziming: There is not a single answer to this question, because each trader has its own style, so long as it can survive in the market, it is a good trader. But I think all qualified or good traders, the most important qualities should be disciplined. This refers to the disciplinary nature of implementing bank risk management and the disciplinary nature of the execution of trading strategies. Combined with the current characteristics of the domestic market, traders may be more dominant than introverted traders due to the limited liquidity in the domestic market and the strong connection between traders.
