利用湿固相-热熔法合成8-羟基喹啉锌,在固相研磨过程中滴加无水乙醇,使原料混合更加均匀,加速反应进行,产物很快由淡黄色变为黄色。红外表征显示,在2 200 cm-1处出现缔合峰,表明8-羟基喹啉生成了二聚体。XRD测试显示,晶粒尺寸大多在150 nm以下。热重分析表明,有1.8 wt%的乙酸残留,材料在339℃开始分解,说明材料具有很好的热稳定性。荧光测定显示,光致发光来源于370 nm的弱吸收,此时的辐射跃迁更活跃,最大发射波长为513.1 nm,发绿光。
8-hydroxyquinoline zinc was synthesized by wet-solid phase-hot melt method, anhydrous ethanol was added dropwise during the solid-phase milling to make the raw material mix more uniform and the reaction accelerated. The product quickly turned from light yellow to yellow. Infrared characterization revealed an association peak at 2 200 cm-1 indicating that 8-hydroxyquinoline produced a dimer. XRD tests show that the grain size is mostly below 150 nm. Thermogravimetric analysis showed that there was 1.8 wt% of acetic acid residue, the material began to decompose at 339 ℃, indicating that the material has good thermal stability. Fluorescence measurements showed that the photoluminescence originated from the weak absorption at 370 nm, and the radiation transition was more active at this time. The maximum emission wavelength was 513.1 nm and the green light was emitted.
