目前,随着社会的发展越来越迅速,我国有关卫生事业单位的发展也越来越重视。而预算管理作为完成既定经营目标的主要方法,在事业单位的发展中有着重要的作用。因此,本文针对目前卫生事业单位预算绩效管理的现状进行分析,了解到目前卫生事业单位预算绩效管理,存在缺乏健全的预算绩效管理机制建设、缺少完善的预算绩效评价体系以及缺少有效的预算绩效监督管理机制三方面的主要问题,并提出建立健全的预算绩效管理机制、建立完善的预算绩效评价体系以及建立有效的预算绩效管理监督制度三个相应的解决措施,以供参考。
At present, with the rapid development of society, the development of relevant public health institutions in our country is also paying more and more attention. The budget management, as the main method to accomplish the established business objectives, plays an important role in the development of PSUs. Therefore, this paper analyzes the present situation of the budget performance management in the health institutions at present, and understands that there is a lack of sound budget performance management mechanism in the current budgetary performance management of the health institutions, the lack of a sound budget performance evaluation system and the lack of effective budget performance monitoring Management mechanism of the three major issues and put forward the establishment of a sound budget performance management mechanism, the establishment of a sound budget performance evaluation system and the establishment of an effective system of budget performance management supervision of the three corresponding measures for reference.
