本文研究了渗碳过程中碳化物的析出形态。渗碳时碳化物的析出形态与过冷奥氏体连续冷却时析出的碳化物形态不同。渗碳时碳化物的析出形态与合金成分、碳势高低、工艺制度等因素有关。在不同方式下形成的碳化物其形成机制是不同的。
In this paper, the carbide precipitation during carburization was studied. The carbides precipitated during carburization are different from those precipitated during continuous cooling of undercooled austenite. Carbide carbide precipitation and alloy composition, carbon level, process system and other factors. The formation mechanism of carbides is different in different ways.
