《礼记·学记》有云:玉不琢,不成器;人不学,不知道。是故,古之王者,建国君民,教学为先。教学为国之根本,而作为一个学校的灵魂人物是老师,作为一个班级的领航人是班主任。高中学生由于身心的迅速发展,学生的独立心理、批判心理、逆反心理增强,他们处在情感上不成熟向成熟的过渡期。本文从管理艺术的角度谈初任高中班主任如何成为学生心目中合格的班主任,真正从学生的内心去思考高中学生的精神需求、成长需求和物质需求,从而更好地管理班级。
“Book of Rites school” There is a cloud: jade not cut, not a device; people do not learn, do not know. Therefore, the ancient king, the founding of the people, teaching first. Teaching for the country’s fundamental, and as a school soul is a teacher, as a class leader is the class teacher. Due to the rapid development of body and mind, students’ independent psychology, critical psychology and rebellious mentality are enhanced. They are in the period of transition from emotional immaturity to maturity. This article discusses how to become the qualified head teacher of high school students from the perspective of management art, and to really manage the students’ innermost thoughts on the spiritual needs, growth needs and material needs of senior high school students.
