用经颅多普勒超声(TCD)、颈部彩超、头颅CT检查短暂性脑供血不足(TIA)患者96例。部分患者经核磁共振(MRI)检查。CT阳性占30.2%,MRI异常占74.1%,TCD异常占77%。62例有动脉狭窄,3例动静脉畸形,其中27例做了数字减影血管造影,与TCD诊断全部相符,还常发现有更多的狭窄血管。另有7例做了核磁血管成像,5例有改变,2例正常。狭窄的血管48.5%在颅内,17.8%在颅外颈部,颅内狭窄约为颅外狭窄的3倍,其中5例颅内外同时受累。96例患者中有21.8%未见异常,其中2例有心衰史。年轻组(<60岁)以单侧血管狭窄多见,年老组(>60岁)双侧和颅外狭窄较多。
Ninety-six patients with transient cerebral insufficiency (TIA) were examined by transcranial Doppler ultrasound (TCD), cervical ultrasonography and cranial CT. Some patients by nuclear magnetic resonance (MRI) examination. CT positive accounted for 30.2%, MRI abnormalities accounted for 74.1%, TCD abnormalities accounted for 77%. There were 62 cases of arterial stenosis and 3 cases of arteriovenous malformations, of which 27 cases had digital subtraction angiography, which was consistent with the diagnosis of TCD. More often, there were more stenosed vessels. Another 7 patients had nuclear magnetic resonance imaging, 5 patients had changed, 2 patients were normal. 48.5% of the narrow vessels in the intracranial, 17.8% in the extracranial neck, intracranial stenosis is about three times the extracranial stenosis, of which 5 cases were involved both at the same time. Of the 96 patients, 21.8% showed no abnormalities, of which 2 had a history of heart failure. The younger group (<60 years old) was more common in unilateral stenosis, while the older group (> 60 years) had more bilateral and extracranial stenoses.
