在本研究中设计了一种40—m的管型连续渗析器。香料化合物的渗析速率比间歇法显著增加。研究了试样和溶剂的流速变化对渗析效率的影响。分离香料的最终目的可由调节这两个操作参数来完成。还研究了溶剂的组成、极性、分子量和香料成份的酸度的影响。较大的极性和较小分子的香料化合物显示出较大的渗透性。发现了在乙醚中添加2%(V/V)的氢氧化铵或1%(V/V)的水,有利于碱性香料成份的分离。
In this study, a 40-m tubular continuous dialyzer was designed. The dialysis rate of the perfume compounds increased significantly compared to the batch method. The effect of changes in flow rate of sample and solvent on dialysis efficiency was investigated. The ultimate goal of separating the fragrance can be accomplished by adjusting both of these operating parameters. The effects of solvent composition, polarity, molecular weight, and acidity of the perfume ingredients were also studied. Larger polar and smaller molecule perfume compounds show greater permeability. The addition of 2% (V / V) ammonium hydroxide or 1% (V / V) water to diethyl ether was found to favor the separation of basic perfume ingredients.
