煤壁片帮和冒顶是影响大采高工作面安全生产的主要因素之一。由于煤壁的稳定性与顶板的压力和煤层的物理性质有关,所以减少和释放煤壁内压力是防止煤壁片帮的方法之一。借鉴软岩巷道卸压控制技术,首次提出了利用采煤机滚筒在煤壁开切卸压槽的方法,促使工作面前方支承压力向煤壁深部转移,从而减少工作面片帮事故的发生。
One of the main factors that affect the safe production of large mining face is the coal wall caving and roof caving. Since the stability of the coal wall is related to the pressure of the roof and the physical properties of the coal seam, reducing and releasing the pressure in the coal wall is one of the ways to prevent the coal wall slab. Drawing on the relief control technology of soft rock roadway, the method of using shearer roller to cut open the pressure relief groove in the coal wall is proposed for the first time, which makes the supporting pressure in front of the working face move to the deep part of the coal wall so as to reduce the occurrence of sheet gang failure.
