银川市某人防地下室,按Ⅳ级人防工程设计,结构和装修工程的质量要求较高。其中地下指挥室部分全长69米,宽12米,建筑面积889平方米。紧靠地下室西南面设有地下发电站,宽10.7米,长11.1米,建筑面积136平方米。地下室垫层底标高为-5.31米,发电站垫层底标高为-4.81米。地下水位标高为-1.5米左右。
In the underground basement of a civil air defense in Yinchuan City, according to Class IV air defense engineering design, the quality of the structure and decoration works is relatively high. The underground command room has a total length of 69 meters, a width of 12 meters and a building area of 889 square meters. An underground power station is located immediately southwest of the basement, measuring 10.7 meters in width, 11.1 meters in length and 136 square meters in construction area. The base elevation of the basement cushion is -5.31 meters, and the base elevation of the power station cushion is -4.81 meters. The groundwater level is about -1.5 meters.
