经济犯罪严重危及国家经济安全和社会正常的经济秩序,直接阻碍和影响社会主义市场经济的健康发展。严密防范和严厉打击经济犯罪活动,预防和减少经济犯罪对国家和企业财产造成的损失,是新时期公安机关的一项重要任务。研究和探索侦破经济犯罪案件的新思路、新方法,有助于推进经济侦查工作的发展。本文通过对经济犯罪案件特点及形成原因的分析,提出了办理经济罪案应把握的几个问题和对经济犯罪的打击对策,以期有助于打击经济犯罪。
Economic crimes seriously endanger the economic order of the country’s economic security and social order, and directly impede and affect the sound development of the socialist market economy. It is an important task of the public security organ in the new era to closely guard against and severely crack down on economic crimes and prevent and reduce the damage inflicted on economic assets by state and enterprises by economic crimes. Studying and exploring new ideas and methods to solve economic crime cases will help promote the development of economic investigation work. Based on the analysis of the characteristics and causes of economic crime cases, this paper puts forward several problems that economic crimes should handle and countermeasures against economic crimes so as to help combat economic crimes.
