一六个月施政工作陕西省人民政府奉命于今年一月十日成立(二月十日正式办公),现全省共辖九个专区、九十五个县、二个直辖市,共计人口约一千三百余万,耕地面积四千九百八十八万市亩。兹将省府成立六个月来工作情况报告于下:(一)生产救灾工作:由于历年胡、马匪军的破坏抢劫与去年的水、旱、虫、雹就造成了陕西全境的普遍灾荒。据不完全统计,今春全省受灾群众约七十余万人,缺粮者约二百一十六万四千一百二十七人。为了克服灾荒,渡过困难,省府当即『以生产救灾为工作的中心』,组织生产救灾委员会。大力宣传借贷,雇佣、出租、土改等政策,解除顾虑,使群众敢于生产致富,自上而下开展生产节约运动,响应『节省一两米号召』,提倡春节不送礼不请客,婚丧等事力求俭朴,并严禁宰杀耕牛、熬糖、酿酒、组织灾民生
Six Months of Administrative Work Shaanxi Provincial People’s Government was ordered to set up on January 10 this year (the official office will be held on February 10).
