目的研究毛蚶的抗卤虫活性部位及有效成分。方法采用卤虫致死活性筛选模型,对毛蚶粗提物及甾体粗晶和3个甾体化合物(胆甾醇、胆甾烷醇和孕甾酮)进行了生物活性测定,并采用GC-MS技术对石油醚相进行了成分分析。结果乙醇提取物和各有机相均有明显克生活性,毛蚶甾体粗晶和3个甾体化合物的克生活性都在石油醚相的2倍以上,同时,首次从毛蚶石油醚相中鉴定出了30个化合物,主要为脂肪类和甾醇类化合物。结论毛蚶抗卤虫活性成分主要在乙酸乙酯相和石油醚相中,石油醚相中的甾醇类化合物是毛蚶的克生活性物质之一。

Conclusion The active components of Artemisia scoparia are mainly in the ethyl acetate phase and the petroleum ether phase, and the sterols in the petroleum ether phase are one of the living substances of the scallop.
