先天性无阴道是由于胚胎发育时期 ,副中肾导管连合后未能向尾端伸展成阴道。因此直肠与膀胱尿道紧贴 ,有的病人小阴唇中间相当于阴道外口处仅有一凹陷 ,为泌尿生殖窦演变所致
