2005年1月-2008年12月我院共收治麻疹患者149例,其中30例为成人麻疹,现将临床特点分析如下。1一般资料患者均为当地蒙古族族,男性20例,女性10例。平均年龄为41岁。13例在病前有明确的接触史,2例属第二次感染。2临床特点30例患者均有不同程度的发热,体温均在39℃以上。精神萎靡
