绿扬城清风拂柳,瘦西湖碧波拥云。正值百花争妍、春光明媚的醉人季节,中国古筝艺术第三次学术交流会,于1996年4月24日至26日在古城扬州隆重举行。中国音乐家协会常务副主席孙慎、书记处常务书记冯光钰和扬州市副市长王功亮等领导同志,以及来自祖国大陆二十多个省、市和台湾、香港、新加坡、马来西亚等海内外筝家150多人出席了盛会。 又是一年芳草绿,还是烟花三月天,然而,同前两次也是在扬州举行的全国古筝艺术交流会相比,这次盛会有一个明显的不同,就是突出一个“新”字,用新人辈出,新作连篇来概括本次大会的成果是毫不过誉的。 出席这次大会的,除了筝界前辈郭鹰先生和周延
