1994~1995年结合应用杀铃脲大面积防治美国白蛾,定点、定时采集幼虫,观察杀铃脲对幼虫引起的中毒征象,表皮病理改变和对幼虫体壁主要化学成份定量分析。结果表明,杀铃脲可延缓美国白蛾幼虫生长发育,被处理幼虫虫体逐渐萎缩,体色变黑;一般不立即出现中毒症状,而在蜕皮或变态时中毒死亡;应用10、20μL/L杀铃脲处理,使美国白蛾幼虫几丁质含量减少17.74%或21.74%,脂肪明显增加
From 1994 to 1995, a large area control trial of triflumurocidella was used to control larvae in order to observe larvae toxic signs, epidermal pathological changes and quantitative analysis of the main chemical components of larvae. The results showed that Tribulus terrestris could delay the growth and development of C. medinalis larvae. The larvae of the larvae were gradually atrophied and the body color turned black. The symptom of poisoning did not appear immediately but poisoned during the ecdysis or metamorphosis. When 10,20 μL / L Trimethoprim treatment reduced the chitin content of the American white moth larva by 17.74% or 21.74% and the fat increased significantly
