随着社会的快速发展,新闻媒体的影响力也在不断地增加,逐渐被大家认可。并且新闻的传播速度十分快速、传播范围也十分广泛。但是这种快速广泛的传播也导致了很多新闻方面的侵权问题。我国的《新闻法》还没有成形,因此相关问题还存在很多争议。我们在这里主要讨论的是,我国新闻侵权问题的缺陷以及立法建议。希望通过对上述问题的分析,寻找到一个好的解决办法,使得新闻自由和人格权之间减少不必要的冲突,让闻媒体可以更好的行使自身权力,对社会更好的进行舆论监督,明确什么是侵权责任,提供明确的法律条款以及解决方案。
