目的:总结基层卫生院糖尿病病人的心理护理干预对策以及干预效果,为心理护理干预工作提供参考。方法:选择126例基层卫生院糖尿病患者,随机分为人数相等的两组进行护理干预。对照组63例糖尿病患者接受常规护理干预,实验组63例糖尿病患者在常规护理基础上加行心理护理干预。对比两组基层卫生院糖尿病患者护理干预期间生活质量评分、负性情绪评分变化口腔以及患者护理满意度。结果:护理干预前两组糖尿病患者负性情绪评分、生活质量评分对比,指标结果差异无统计学意义P>0.05。护理干预后负性情绪评分、生活质量评分均优于护理前且实验组改善更为明显,经统计学计算P<0.05。组间护理满意度对比,实验组高于对照组,经统计学计算P<0.05。结论:心理护理的实施可以改善糖尿病患者的情绪状态、提高患者生活质量以及护理满意度,具有推行价值。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize the psychological nursing intervention strategies and intervention effects of diabetic patients in primary health care institutions, and to provide reference for psychological nursing interventions. Methods: A total of 126 cases of diabetes in primary hospitals were randomly divided into two groups with the same number of nursing interventions. Sixty-three diabetic patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention. Sixty-three diabetic patients in the experimental group were given psychological nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The quality of life scores, the negative emotion score changes in oral health care and patient satisfaction were compared between two groups of patients with diabetes mellitus. Results: There was no significant difference in negative emotion scores and quality of life scores between the two groups of diabetic patients before nursing intervention. Nursing intervention after the negative emotion score, quality of life scores were better than before nursing and the experimental group to improve more obvious, statistically calculated P <0.05. The satisfaction of nursing between groups was higher in the experimental group than in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of psychological care can improve the emotional state of patients with diabetes, improve patient quality of life and satisfaction with the care, with the promotion value.
