目的:研究中华慈姑中的抗菌活性成分。方法:通过各种硅胶柱层析和凝胶柱层析进行分离和纯化。分离得到的化合物通过一维和二维的核磁技术以及化学方法进行结构解析。结果:从中华慈姑中分离得到10个化合物,并测试了化合物1-3抗3种口腔细菌的活性。结论:化合物1是一个新的对映-玫瑰烷二萜苷,化合物3显示了很强的抗两种口腔细菌(Streptococus mutans和Actinomyces naeslundiis)的活性,MIC均为15.6μg·mL-1。化合物1的活性较弱,对上述两种口腔细菌的MIC均为62.5μg·mL-1。
Objective: To study the antibacterial active ingredients of Chinese Sagittarius. Methods: Separation and purification by a variety of silica gel column chromatography and gel column chromatography. The isolated compounds are structurally resolved by both 1D and 2D NMR and chemical methods. Results: Ten compounds were isolated from Chinese Sagittarius and the activities of compound 1-3 against three kinds of oral bacteria were tested. Conclusion: Compound 1 is a new enantiomer of rose diterpene glycosides. Compound 3 shows strong activity against two kinds of oral bacteria (Streptococus mutans and Actinomyces naeslundiis) with MICs of 15.6 μg · mL -1. The activity of compound 1 was weak, and the MIC of the two kinds of oral bacteria was 62.5μg · mL-1.
