2006年12月29日,由陕西省社科联、陕西省汽车工业协会、宝鸡市委宣传部、宝鸡华山工程车辆有限责任公司、宝鸡市社科联联合举办的“宝鸡汽车产业集群发展研讨会”在宝鸡高新区恰和酒店隆重召开。在主席台就座的有陕西省社科联党组书记、教授、硕士生导师薛保勤,宝鸡市政府副市长徐强,宝鸡市政协副主席蔡元兴,陕西省汽车工业协会副秘书长刘征,宝鸡市委宣传部副部长郑宝平,陕汽集团常务副总经理袁宏明,宝鸡市社科联主席张景文。宝鸡华山工程车辆有限责任公司副总经理周清海。陕西省机械工业联合会秘书长朱锦春,宝鸡市社科联顾问陈同钢、王景文,宝鸡市社科联副主席肖瑜莲,长安大学汽车学院教授杜建,陕西法士特传动公司副总经理李忠林。开幕式由张景文主持,薛保勤致开幕辞,徐强致欢迎辞。研讨交流由刘征主持,来自省市相关企业、市级管理部门、科研单位、省市专业学会的专家学者近百人参加了研讨。研讨会采取企业、部门、专家学者穿插发言的顺序,激发了讨论的气氛,为参加研讨的各方相互交流、相互学习营造了活跃的氛围。研讨会受到与会的领导和专家的积极评价。研讨会还组织省市专家学者实地参观了宝鸡华山工程车辆有限责任公司在高新区的新厂区和生产线。
December 29, 2006, jointly organized by Shaanxi Provincial Federation of Social Sciences, Shaanxi Automobile Industry Association, Propaganda Department of Baoji Municipal Committee, Baoji Huashan Construction Vehicle Co., Ltd., Baoji City Federation of Science and Technology jointly organized the “Baoji Automobile Industry Cluster Development Seminar ”Just held in Baoji High-tech Zone and hotel. Seated on the podium, Shaanxi Provincial Federation of Social Sciences Party Secretary, Professor, Master Instructor Xue Baoqin, Vice Mayor of Baoji City Xu Qiang, CPPCC Vice Chairman Cai Yuanxing, Shaanxi Provincial Automobile Industry Association Deputy Secretary-General Liu Zheng, Baoji Municipal Party Committee Zheng Baoping, vice minister of Propaganda Department, Yuan Hongming, standing deputy general manager of Shaanxi Automobile Group and Zhang Jingwen, president of Baojian City Federation of Social Sciences. The opening ceremony was chaired by Zhang Jingwen and Xue Baoqin delivered the opening speech. Xu Qiang delivered a welcome speech. Seminar and exchange chaired by Liu Zheng, provincial and municipal enterprises, municipal management departments, research institutes, provincial and municipal professional societies of experts and scholars attended the seminar. The seminar adopted a series of speeches by enterprises, departments and experts and scholars, stimulating the atmosphere of discussion and exchanging ideas and learning from each other to create a lively atmosphere. The seminar was positively evaluated by leaders and experts attending the conference. The seminar also organized provincial and municipal experts and scholars to visit the new plant and production line of Baoji Huashan Engineering Vehicle Co., Ltd. in Hi-tech Zone.
