Thymoma-associated antibodies (CAEab) are closely related to thymoma, and serum CAEab can be detected by ELISA. In this paper, serum CAEab in 22 patients with myasthenia gravis was detected by this method. There were 5 cases with thymic carcinoma and 1 with thymic cyst. This assay is a sensitive and specific method for early diagnosis of thymic carcinoma. I. Detection of 22 patients with myasthenia gravis (MG)
