This paper uses the sample data to study the integration of labor market in 4 village locals and immigrants in developed areas. This research examines the integration issues mainly from two aspects: types of work and salary. The results show that while other factors are the same, the chance of foreigners getting white-collar work is significantly lower than that of locals, but whether a person is a foreigner or not has no significant impact on his salary. The analysis further shows that notable factors that determine the wages of locals are non-human capital factors such as political status and marital status, and the notable factor that determines the wages of non-natives is precisely human capital and experience.
