一、前言由于包头铁精矿含氟、含碱金属钾、钠高,并含多种稀土元素等特殊性,矿物组成亦特别复杂,加之含SiO_2较低,对烧结十分不利。1966年我厂投产后,烧结矿产量低、质量差、粉末多的矛盾十分突出,长期没有很好解决。1976年末开始采用高碱度烧结矿生产后,烧结矿产质量有了明显改善,但是烧结矿某些冶金性能仍不能令人满意。表现为包钢烧结矿软化温度低、熔点低、存在低温还原粉化问题,对高炉冶炼不利。从炉渣性质看:熔化温度低、比热小,热焓低、粘度小、易熔易凝,属典型短渣,经不起温度波动。加之碱金属钾、钠在高

Combined with alkali potassium, sodium in the high
