本文主要是研究晶种、晶种量、杂质对铝酸钠溶液分解速度的影响。对比试验研究得出之结果与文献所载试验之示例认为,影响铝酸钠溶液分解速度的主要有以下几个因素:1.使用不稳定的活性氢氧化铝晶种能更好的促进分解。活性晶种有以下几种制作方法:高硷浓度和高过饱和度析出法;炭酸气析出法;添加酸性铝盐析出法。2.同一结晶形态及表面状态的晶种,粒细、表面积大的氢氧化铝品种能更有效地促进分解。3.使用同一表面状态、同一粒度的晶种时,晶种量愈多,分解速度亦愈快,但使用的晶种有一限量,晶种的活性愈大,用量愈少。4.对氟化铝、氯化铝等析出促进剂的作用进行了研究,并发现其析出物粒度异常小。5.溶液中杂质多对分解有阻碍作用,但唯有炭酸钠能促进分解。
This article is mainly to study the influence of seed crystal, crystal seed and impurities on the decomposition rate of sodium aluminate solution. The results of the comparative experiments and the examples contained in the literature suggest that there are several factors that affect the rate of decomposition of the sodium aluminate solution: 1. The use of unstable active aluminum hydroxide seeds promotes better decomposition. There are several active seed production methods: high concentration of alkali and high supersaturation precipitation method; carbonated gas precipitation method; add acid aluminum precipitation method. 2. The same crystal morphology and surface state of the seed, grain size, large surface area of aluminum hydroxide species more effectively promote the decomposition. 3. Use the same surface state, the same size of the seed crystal, seed more, the decomposition speed is faster, but there is a limited amount of seed, the greater the seed activity, less dosage. The effect of aluminum fluoride, aluminum chloride and other precipitation promoters was studied, and found that the particle size of the precipitate is abnormally small. 5. The solution of impurities on the decomposition of many obstacles, but only sodium carbonate can promote decomposition.
