我国高校远程教育是一项开放的事业,应该为社会经济发展培养应用型人才。高校远程教育可定位于为在职成人服务的学历教育,并可考虑推出本科层次的专业(学士)学位。目前急需从成人学习者特征和社会需求出发,调整现有的课程体系,同时应引入行业资格认证考试。开放的教育应有严格的课程审核体系。高校远程教育应基于实践性问题设计课程和组织教学,增加面向实践的教学内容,适当减少纯学术性的内容。
Distance education in colleges and universities in our country is an open cause, and should cultivate applied talents for social and economic development. Distance education in universities and colleges may be positioned as a degree education for working adults and a bachelor’s degree may be considered at the undergraduate level. It is urgently necessary to start from the characteristics of adult learners and social needs, adjust the existing curriculum system, and at the same time introduce the industry qualification examination. Open education should have a rigorous curriculum review system. Distance education in colleges and universities should design courses and organize teaching based on practical problems, increase teaching content oriented to practice, and reduce purely academic content appropriately.
