目的了解大连市农贸市场、餐饮外环境、绿化带和居民区等不同生态环境蝇类种群构成及其季节变化规律,为蝇类防制提供科学依据。方法 2011年4-11月采用捕蝇笼法调查不同环境蝇种构成和种群密度、重要蝇种季节消长。结果大连市常见蝇种有4科8亚科12属15种,优势种依次为丝光绿蝇、厩腐蝇、巨尾阿丽蝇、家蝇、黑尾黑麻蝇,平均密度指数为19.04,蝇类活动高峰期为6~9月,不同生态环境密度指数最高的为居民区(39.96),其次是绿化带(32.08)、农贸市场(13.67),最低的为餐饮外环境(4.75)。结论大连地区蝇类种群密度较高,活动季节较长,种类较丰富。防治工作应以5~10月为重点,并充分考虑丝光绿蝇、厩腐蝇、黑尾黑麻蝇、大头金蝇、家蝇的生活习性。
Objective To understand the composition and seasonal variation of flies population in different ecological environments such as farmer’s market, catering environment, green belt and residential area in Dalian, and to provide a scientific basis for the control of flies. Methods From April to November in 2011, the fly cage method was used to investigate the composition and population density of fly species in different environments, and the growth and decline of important fly species were observed. Results The common species of flies in Dalian were 15 families, 12 genera and 4 families, 8 subfamilies. The dominant species were Lucilia sericata, Monascus fimbriae, housefly and black-tailed black flies, the average density index was 19.04, The peak of the activities was from June to September. The highest density index of different ecological environment was residential area (39.96), followed by green belt (32.08) and farmer’s market (13.67), and the lowest was outside catering environment (4.75). Conclusion The population density of flies in Dalian is relatively high, with longer seasons and more abundant species. Prevention and treatment should focus on May to October, and give full consideration to the merbure green flies, stable flies, black-tailed black flies, goldfinch, housefly habits.
