港口不仅是货物水陆空运输的中转地,而且提供了发展转口贸易、自由港和自由贸易区的机会,在现代国际生产、贸易和运输系统中处于十分重要的战略地位,发挥着日益重要的作用。2006年国内以港口为发动机的临港产业初步形成。依靠地区资源、抓住世界产业转移的机遇、打造适应国际市场的临港工业链在珠三角、长三角基本建成。环渤海地区的产业集群、都市群正在向临港地区转移。以港口为发动机,形成临港工业产业链,是一个国家经济走向成熟的标志。然而区域经济发展的不同,给港口的发展带来了区域性发展特色。在不同区域间,港口的发展又呈现出差异化现象。各大经济带之间,港口发动机优势凸现、专业化与多样化并存。可以说,各港口在竞争中是“八仙过海,各显神通”,本期特别邀请了天津港、青岛港、营口港的专业人士,畅谈各自的发展现状和发展特色。

Bohai Rim industrial clusters, urban agglomerations are being transferred to the port area. To port as an engine, the formation of Lingang industrial chain, is a symbol of the country’s economy to maturity. However, the different regional economic development has brought the characteristics of regional development to the development of the port. In different regions, the development of the port also shows the phenomenon of differentiation. Between the major economic zones, port engine highlights the advantages, specialization and diversification co-exist. It can be said that all the ports in the competition are “Eight Immortals crossed the sea, each supernatural”. In this issue, specialists from Tianjin Port, Qingdao Port and Yingkou Port were invited to talk about their respective development status and development characteristics.
