水领域是国家不可替代的资源,我国正在实施的可持续发展战略依旧面临威胁,日趋严重的水污染进一步加剧了短缺的矛盾。本文重点利用对循环经济观的认识,正确对待资源的可持续发展。第一,循环经济强调资源的高效利用和节约使用,提倡环境与经济和谐发展的一种生态经济模式。第二,人们在生产与消费时,要求符合客观规律的经济原则,树立循环经济观念。第三,本文通过总结我国水资源的发展近况,探究如何以循环经济观为指引,面对水资源经济持续发展的问题。
The water area is an irreplaceable resource for the country. The strategy of sustainable development that China is implementing is still under threat. The increasingly serious water pollution further exacerbates the shortage of contradictions. This article focuses on using the concept of circular economy to correctly handle the sustainable development of resources. First, circular economy emphasizes the efficient use of resources and conservation, and promotes the harmonious development of environment and economy as an eco-economic model. Second, when producing and consuming, people demand economic principles that conform to objective laws and establish a concept of circular economy. Thirdly, by summarizing the recent development of water resources in our country, this paper explores how to take the concept of circular economy as the guide and face the problem of sustainable development of water resources economy.
