企业标准化管理体系在各行各业已早有广泛应用与实践,尤其在一些生产型企业和大型集团企业,标准化管理体系的建设更是受到企业领导者的青睐,在企业中大力推行标准化管理,不乏取得良好绩效的典范。但在众多实行标准化管理的企业中,也有不少成效不明显甚至效仿标准化管理而失败的案例。这些企业在建设和实施标准化管理的过程中,遇到了一些阻碍、问题,或在短期内看不到标准化管理的成效,便使标准化管理流于形式,成了企业管理中的鸡肋,甚至想彻底丢弃。
