一些复杂性肾脏手市常需在阻断肾血流下进行。但缺血时间过长,常引起不可逆的肾损害。Wickham等报道肌苷可延长肾热缺血手术时间。胡礼泉等报道低温并肌苷联合应用对缺血肾具有更好的保护作用。我院自1984年初至1996年底采用原位肾表低温并肌苷、速尿、甘露醇联合应用于65例复杂性肾结石术中。现报告如下。
Some complex kidney hands often need to block renal blood flow. However, long ischemia, often caused irreversible renal damage. Wickham et al reported that inosine can prolong renal ischemia and ischemia operation time. Hu Liquan and other reports of hypothermia and inosine combined application of ischemic kidney has a better protective effect. Our hospital from early 1984 to the end of 1996 using in situ nephropathy hypoxia and inosine, furosemide, mannitol combination of 65 cases of complex renal calculus surgery. The report is as follows.
