2005年,原建设部与科技部联合发布了《绿色建筑技术导则》。2006年6月1日,《绿色建筑评价标准》开始实施,这是我国第一部对绿色建筑进行综合性评价的国家标准,提出了绿色建筑“四节一环保”概念,并将我国的绿色建筑由低到高划分为一星级、二星级、三星级三个等级。此后不久,《绿色建筑评价标识管理办法》和《绿色建筑评价技术细则》相继发布,我国绿色建筑评价工作随之启动。
