所谓政务公开,是指国家权力在其运行过程中,除法律规定的特殊情形外,权力运行过程及其依据必须向社会公开。其意义在于通过把党政机关的所有事务和活动置于人民普遍的监督和关注之下,实现对权力运行的监控,从而有效地遏制腐败,建立高效、勤政、廉洁、务实的政府。那么,如何有效地推进政务公开呢?
The so-called open government affairs refers to the state power in its operation process, in addition to the special circumstances prescribed by law, the operation of power and its basis must be open to the public. Its significance lies in putting all the affairs and activities of party and government organs under the supervision and concern of the general public and monitoring the operation of power so as to effectively contain corruption and establish an efficient, diligent, honest and pragmatic government.
