日前,李锦斌副省长在吉林省职业教育工作会议上讲话,强调大力推进职业教育改革与发展。摘要如下:一、认清形势,高度重视职业教育在全面建设小康社会中的重要地位和作用我省是改革开放以来恢复发展职业教育较早的省份之一。在省委、省政府的正确领导下,近年来,为进一步适应经济和社会发展需要,对职业教育的改革与发展进行了积极有益的探索。坚持面向市场,打破了计划经济体制下由政府包揽学校招生计划、专业设置的局面,给予学校以更大的自主权;拓宽办学领域,实行学历教育与职业培训并重,扩大了服务面,改革招生就业制度,让市场机制充分发挥作用,有力促进了学校办学、学生就业和单位用人观念的转变;
