为了使影响因子(Impact Factor,IF)更能准确而客观地反映科技期刊和科研论文的质量,文章提出了“标准化影响因子”(Standard Impact Factor,SIF)的概念。根据引用文献的目的,将参考文献的引用划分为继承性引用、指示性引用和批判性引用。影响因子标准化的方法是,在期刊的被引用次数里减去批判性引用的次数。为了顺利实现这一目的,提出了在编辑实践中,参考文献的批判性引用,一律采用文中夹注。为了实现全国和全球的统一,建议修订现行的国家标准和国际标准。
In order to make the Impact Factor (IF) reflect the quality of scientific journals and research papers more accurately and objectively, the paper proposes the concept of “Standard Impact Factor (SIF).” According to the purpose of the cited documents, references of the references are divided into inherited references, indicative references and critical references.
