目的总结男性支原体性尿道炎采用中西医结合治疗的治疗效果。方法中西医结合组口服红霉素,中药以黄柏、石韦、丹参、甘草等为主。对照组口服红霉素。结果85例患者经中西医结合组治愈75例,有效6例,无效4例,总有效率95.3%;对照组治愈25例,有效3例,无效7例,总有效率80%。结论中西药联合应用疗效优于单纯使用西药。
Objective To summarize the therapeutic effect of combined Chinese and Western medicine on mycoplasma urethritis in men. Methods Integrative Medicine oral erythromycin, Chinese medicine to Treats, Shiwei, Salvia, licorice dominated. The control group oral erythromycin. Results In the 85 patients, 75 cases were cured by the combination of TCM and WM, 6 cases were effective, 4 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 95.3%. In the control group, 25 cases were cured, 3 cases were effective, 7 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 80%. Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine is superior to western medicine alone.
