钢丝绳有五个主要物理机械性能,它们是抗拉强度、抗疲劳能力、耐磨性、抗挤压能力和抗腐蚀能力。不同使用条件对钢绳的性能要求亦不同。为在各种使用条件下更合理地设计和选择钢绳,就必须研究钢丝绳的工作规律,进一步掌握各种结构钢丝绳的特性。本文着重讨论了矿用钢绳的结构、性能及其使用和维护等问题,以求能充分发挥钢丝绳的效用,使它更好地为社会主义矿山事业服务。
Rope has five main physical and mechanical properties, they are tensile strength, fatigue resistance, wear resistance, crush resistance and corrosion resistance. Different conditions of use of steel wire rope performance requirements are also different. In order to more reasonable design and selection of steel ropes under various conditions of use, it is necessary to study the working rules of steel ropes and further understand the characteristics of various structural steel ropes. This article focuses on the structure, performance and its use and maintenance of steel cord, in order to give full play to the effectiveness of wire rope, make it better for the cause of socialist mining services.
