煤矿工人,长期从事井下作业。矿井内外温差大,工作时间长,劳动强度大,作业环境中的粉尘、噪音、有害气体、高温潮湿等不良因素侵袭着工人的健康,加之,饮食卫生条件往往受到一定限制。因而,感冒、支气管炎、关节炎、腰腿痛、慢性胃炎、植物神经紊乱、煤矽肺等,常为矿工的多发病。建立合理营养和饮食是保证矿工身体健康,提高劳动生产效能的重要措施。本文仅对我们初步研制的矿工营养方便食品,通过试验,观察食用前后工人营养水平的改变,从而评价其营养效果。
Coal miners, long engaged in underground operations. The temperature difference between inside and outside the mine is large, the work time is long, the labor intensity is big, the dust, noise, harmful gas, high temperature and humidity in the working environment affect the workers’ health. In addition, the sanitary conditions of the food are often restricted. Thus, common cold, bronchitis, arthritis, low back pain, chronic gastritis, autonomic disorders, coal silicosis, etc., are often miner’s morbidity. Establishing reasonable nutrition and diet is an important measure to ensure the health of miners and improve the efficiency of labor production. This article only to our preliminary study of miner nutrition convenience food, through experiments to observe changes in the nutritional level of workers before and after eating to assess their nutritional effects.
