随着Dinamap血压自动监护仪和非损伤性颅内压监护仪的问世,对新生儿血压和心率以及颅内压值测定已更加科学和准确。这对新生儿的监护和危重症抢救都极为有利。我院儿科于1985年8月至1986年9月对350名足月新生儿做了1～5日龄正常血压值、心率和颅内压值的测定。现报道如下。
With the advent of automatic Dinamap blood pressure monitors and non-invasive intracranial pressure monitors, the determination of neonatal blood pressure and heart rate and intracranial pressure has become more scientific and accurate. This is extremely beneficial for neonatal care and critically ill patients. Pediatrics in our hospital from August 1985 to September 1986 to 350 full-term newborns 1 to 5 days old normal blood pressure values, heart rate and intracranial pressure values were measured. Report as follows now.
