兴安落叶松鞘蛾(Coleophora dahurica Flkv.)幼虫的越冬能源物质以糖原,脂肪为主。根据含量和呼吸系数的测定结果,脂肪是贮存的主要越冬能源物质,越冬前后,其含量从57.6±0.7μg/条降至20.5±0.5μg/条,消耗64.4%。脂肪含量的多少对越冬会产生一定影响。 越冬幼虫的代谢速率很低,越冬初期和越冬深期的平均代谢速率仅为0.1872μlO_2/mg鲜重/h和0.1007μlO_2/mg鲜重/h,远对减少越冬能源物质的消耗,顺利渡过寒冷的冬季是有利的。 越冬幼虫在冬季气温最低的1月份的过冷却点为-36℃以下,说明具有较强的耐寒力。
