近30年来商业建筑的发展是日新月异,尤其伴随着近10年网络科技技术的进步及人们消费模式的变化,商业建筑的服务对象、盈利模式、以及流行布局都相应的在发生着变化。本文主要从上海的商业建筑发展历程入手,结合现代网络时代特点,针对甘肃省兰州市的实际开发商业项目做出一些新的尝试,并将这些尝试融入到概念规划设计方案中去。
With the rapid development of commercial network technology in recent 30 years, with the progress of network technology and the change of people’s consumption pattern in recent 10 years, the commercial buildings, service providers, profit models and popular layouts are changing accordingly. This paper starts with the development of commercial buildings in Shanghai and combines with the characteristics of modern internet era, tries to make some new attempts for the actual development of commercial projects in Lanzhou, Gansu Province, and integrates these efforts into the conceptual design.
