新修订的《中华人民共和国节约能源法》公布本刊讯第十届全国人大常委会第三十次会议于2007年10月28日修订通过了《中华人民共和国节约能源法》,该法将于2008年4月1日起施行。修订后的《节约能源法》再次明确了节约资源是我国的基本国策,国家实施节约与开发并举、把节约放在首位的能源发展战略。
The newly revised Law of the People’s Republic of China on Energy Conservation promulgated The 30th Session of the Tenth NPC Standing Committee revised and passed the “Energy Conservation Law of the People’s Republic of China” on October 28, 2007, April 1, 2008 shall come into force. The revised “Energy Conservation Law” once again made it clear that resource conservation is the basic national policy of our country. The state implements both energy conservation and development and puts energy conservation in the first place.
