通过专家访谈和查阅资料等方法,以江苏省的体育公共服务发展现状作为研究对象,并通过对西方一些发达国家体育公共服务事业的发展历史与现状的分析,提炼他们的经验,总结出影响江苏省体育公共服务发展水平的主要因素和瓶颈,并提出政府应加强自身的责任认识、加强对公共体育场馆的管理和开放程度、重视提升经济欠发达地区的体育公共服务水平、充分重视与发挥体育社团的作用、建立体育公共服务绩效评估体系等发展对策。
