本市粮食征、购、销工作是在继续开展增加生产、厉行节约、反对浪费的前提下进行的。首先于七月二十五日开始以四天的时间,召开了二七八名粮食工作干部会议,学习了文件,领会了政策,统一了思想与步调。为了胜利完成任务,整个工作分两期进行:第一期在郊区全面开展征购销工作的同时,并在城关区试办了以人定量供应工作;第二期在试办定量供应取得经验的基础上,又于八月二十一日在金台、金陵、渭滨、斗鸡区开展了粮食定量供应工作。前后两期历经两月,至九月底基本上告一结束,现将郊区征、购、销工作和城市定量供应工作分别总结如下。
