闭式玻璃体显微手术可能是个危险的方法,特别在处理并发性玻璃体视网膜病变时有危险。本文强调以前曾经从睫状体平部进口,作过中央部玻璃体切割术的病例,易形成视网膜巨大裂孔,同时并发眼内其余玻璃体皮质的脱离。本文报告3例4眼从睫状体平部进口作玻璃体切割术,均于术后2个月内发生视网膜巨大裂孔。一例27岁,9年前左眼球穿通伤,伤及角膜和晶体;从颞上侧睫状体平部行晶体皮质残膜切除
Closed vitreous microsurgery may be a dangerous method, especially when dealing with complicated vitreoretinopathy. This article emphasizes the former had imported from the ciliary body flat, made central vitrectomy cases, easy to form huge retinal holes, concurrent with the rest of the vitreous cortex in the eye detachment. This report reports 3 cases of 4 cases of ciliary body from the flat part of the import for vitrectomy, were within 2 months after the occurrence of giant retinal tears. A case of 27 years old, 9 years ago, the left eye penetrating injury, corneal and crystal injury; ciliary body from the temporal cortex flat placenta resection
